This is Shadow of the Tomb Raider for the PlayStation 4 running on a PlayStation 5 via backwards compatibility. Shadow of the Tomb Raider has two performance modes: High Resolution mode and High Framerate mode. In this gameplay video High Framerate mode is selected. High Framerate mode has the resolution set to 1080p and the framerate set to 60fps. Depending on what was on screen, the PS4 Pro had big drops in this mode. On PS5, the framerate appears to maintain 60fps. The recording is in 1080p and 60fps. Gameplay captured from a PS5 using an Elgato Game Capture HD60 S.
