The energy we are referring to is the energy of deconstruction, pausing and reconstruction. As the deconstruction of old energetic systems is occurring, things may seem like they are falling apart. During the pause between the deconstruction and the reconstruction phases, you may feel panic, fear or anxiety. You may fear the sensation of losing your grounding, or balance. But as is any deconstruction, what is currently happening is, things falling apart, to come back together again, better than ever. This is a long-term energy shift, one that may take much time, but it is speeding up during these months. Your spiritual strength comes from practicing detachment, as the waves of ups and downs, the falling and rising of energies, will show you or expose the limits of your tolerance and inner peace. Within this detachment you will become clear as to what actions you need to take. You will need to be strong sweet souls as your own personal energy is being tugged at, as you are being asked to do your part within your own personal life. This will assist in helping the global energies to create balance and reconstruction. What is happening at the personal level is directly assisting what is happening at the global level. If you can be present and notice the subtle shifts in your own life, as to what is seemingly coming apart to come together again, you will also be directly assisting the universal energies in this reconstructive process. Everything is connected. By practicing mindfulness and detachment, you can help yourself not fall prey to any polarizing energies, any confrontation energies, or any polarity energies. These are meant to create chaos and division, which is part of the deconstruction phase. It will be tempting to point the finger and blame the others. We ask you to rise above that temptation, and offer love, compassion, forgiveness and unconditional understanding as many are not able to practice detachment, mindfulness, or kindness. But if you are listening to this energetic transmission, we know that you are more than capable of living and expressing yourselves from these highest spiritual qualities. Have faith in yourself, have faith in others, have faith in the Universe, and cherish the love you feel in your heart. You are here to love. Be loved. Share love. We are deeply grateful for your involvement within your day-to-day life, under these challenging circumstances.
