The Bob Wells non profit

Bob Wells is in the process of starting a non profit. He is in the hiring stage. This is to benefit the nomad community, but is it really? From what I've heard it is more to help the homeless obtain RV's and vans for homes. In the long run, will this help the nomad community by giving people with nothing a means to add to an already saturated RV market and street parking problem?
