Chop the meat and finely cut all the ingredients. Then prepare the tapioca chips. Start with the mallow petals, boiling them in water for 5 minutes. Filter the water by removing the petals, and boil the tapioca in this water. Once ready, strain it and spread it on a baking sheet. Let it dry and then fry in boiling oil.
