TODAY'S GOSPEL: John 20:19-31 Today is Divine Mercy Sunday, which concludes the Octave of Easter. The Gospel for this Sunday calls us to reflect on Jesus’ words: “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” This is a reminder that we are blessed because we have faith. We are blessed because the Lord came to save us. Now that we are starting to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the coming of Christianity in the country, the theme “Gifted to give” also calls us to renew the missionary spirit of our Church, of our life, and of our families. And to be good missionaries, what we only have to do is to be rooted and grounded in our love of God.
