Red Bean Carp Soup Ingredients: 1 carp, 50 g red beans, 20 g black eye beans, 20 g Job's tears, 3 (10 g) hairy fig, 2 sliced ginger, 1 dash salt and coriander Cook's Notes: Keep medium heat to dry the carp.
