Ingredients for the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookie: 3 1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour 1 tablespoon baking soda -1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar, packed 2 eggs 1 cup butter, softened 1, 3.4 oz. package of instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract ( I did not use this for my cookies) 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups of chopped peppermint thins (I used Andes Holiday Peppermint edition) **Please check her out on her instagram for baking instructions!!
