Tropical Update Invest Area 91L still a Caribbean threat 15 Aug PM

Invest area 91L still the biggest threat to land at this time, its a Caribbean Threat currently. I am very concerned of what could happen as 91L moves through the Caribbean. 91L is 1,000miles E of Barbados moving off to the west and is likely to enter the Caribbean by the end of the week going into weekend, before continuing on through the rest of the Caribbean, a Recon aircraft will visit 91L on Thursday at 18Z.
