Who's the STRONGEST character by DEFAULT in DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3? - AM Tournament I - Part 2

Here's the first AM Tournament, in which we'll try to answer the question of who's the strongest character by default in DBZ: BT3. This means we're not using any kind of custom configuration for the characters, such as health or strength enhancement capsules, but instead, we're using the whole roster as it is, without modifications. Also, contenders are paired at random using an arbitrary seed generated by an algorithm. We'll be also using the last character palette, always; and every character begins every fight in their base form, so no Super Saiyans or Perfect Cells are allowed from the beginning - they'll have to transform to reach it. The combats are fought by the CPU on both sides, in the hardest mode, so there's total neutrality. The tournament consists of two rounds: the first one is an eliminatory round-robin in which only three of each of the 14 groups will pass to the next round, which is a Swiss league.
