PROCESSING FEE OF DHA LAHORE OPEN BALLOT APPLICATION For residential plots, the application fee for the open ballot of DHA Lahore for a 1 kanal plot is PKR 15,000 and for a 10 marla plot, it’s PKR 10,000. For any commercial plots, the processing fee would increase as the area size increases. The application fee for a 2 marla plot is PKR 10,000. For a 4 marla commercial plot, it will be PKR 15,000 and PKR 25,000 for an 8 marla plot. In case of payment through cash / bank draft via the designated banks of Askari or MCB Bank, it is important to upload the bank deposit receipt duly endorsed and stamped by the bank officials on DHA’s website otherwise the application won’t be accepted.
