Quarantined Angeles City, Philippines, Day 56: Got to get out!

Cabin-fever has set in. What about you? Hi, Everyone, thanks for checking in. Sorry for the delay in getting an update out there. I could say all kinds of excuses, but, blah blah blah... Anyway, really feeling cramped and cooped up, so let's take the scooter out. I went to get some paperwork stuff for my Rescue Diver course...but wouldn't you know it, the main gate road was locked up! The US VA FPO mail center finally opened after being one of the first things closed in all of the Philippines. Much needed! And then to cap it all off, while editing THIS video, the power went out and the rain came down in buckets...so you know I had to record some of that. So many people outside(before the rain) you can't even tell there is a quarantine going on...except all the non-food shops are still closed. AND, sorry, I let slip a few curse words.
