NICOLA ROSSI LEMENI Occhi di Fata (Luigi Denza), Buenos Aires 1951. Rossi Lemeni appeared on a radio broadcast in Buenos Aires to perform songs in 1951 with a pianist whose name is unknown today. Denza’s song Occhi di Fata is translated as Fairy Eyes and the text text reads, in part, “O beautiful fairy eyes so deep and strange, you have stolen the peace of my youth…Beautiful signora, you have taken my youth, blood and ardour, but please give me love.”
