Anti Mask Arguments That Don't Make Sense (COVID-19, masks, science)

I've heard a lot of arguments for and against the effectiveness of face coverings in the prevention of spreading COVID-19. I won't share my personal opinions about the pandemic or masks, but I do want to discuss two arguments that simply don't make sense to me.
