Russia, Ukraine ramp up military pressure ahead of US-brokered talks in Geneva

Ukraine and Russia are increasing military pressure ahead of the US-brokered peace negotiations scheduled for Tuesday in Geneva. Moscow says it's gaining ground in eastern Ukraine, while Kyiv says it bombed energy infrastructure in western Russia. Elisabeth Braw is senior fellow at the Atlantic Council.
