On Monday, February 22, 2010 - the second day of his two-day visit to Chicago - Ross Allen, Britain's policy lead on Middle East issues at the British Embassy in Washington, met with a variety of stakeholders in meetings with the National Strategy Forum and Northwestern University among others.
