How to delete CAC certificates on Windows 10 (2020)

This is a video with instructions on how to delete CAC certificates on your government or privately owned computer. There are other videos out on how to do this but most involve using the legacy Internet Explorer. Since that is no longer an option I decided to create this "How-To."
