Reno & Rude Hard 1:42 (pre-drops plate +equipment)

new tweak for Reno and rude. raw dolphin flurry in p3 stops both EMP triple, and Flash Step. it unfortunately still loses to flash foot which is rare, but wins every time. you could probably SD 2x in p1 and 2 and arise cloud to hold the limit for p3 to pair it down to rude. If you really wanted to be extra safe maybe tactical menu flurry at rude not Reno. also the plate pre drop bug i haven't totally figured out yet, seems like tifa bonking cloud, or cloud being in the right spot prior to the cut-scene will drop it prior to gaining control so it saves that time loss of getting stopped movement there with this fight setup since cloud has plenty of time to position him self for the "pre-drop"
