MANGO FROOTI IN 10 MINUTES I HOME MADE FROOTI Mango Frooti, all you need is 3 basic ingredients! Read the entire recipe & notes carefully before you start cooking. Do make sure all ingredients are at room temperature and measured correctly in appropriate weighing scale or measuring instruments such as cups or spoons. Ingredients Riped Mangoes – 2 Large or 3 Medium Size Raw Mangoes – 1 Medium Sugar – ¾ Cup Lemon Juice – 1 Tea Spoon Instructions To make Mango Frooti 1. Take riped mangoes and raw mangoes. 2. Wash & peel Mangoes. 3. Cut into pieces. 4. Add riped mangoes into mixer jar. 5. Add water and make fine paste. 6. Transfer into bowl. 7. Add raw Mangoes and little water into mixer jar and make a fine paste. 8. Add mango pulp into a kadahi. 9. Add sugar and mix well. 10. Cook on medium flame until translucent. 11. After translucent and shiny add lemon juice and mix well. 12. Turn off flame and let it cool completely. 13. After completely cool, sieve the pulp to remove any residue. 14. Add 4 cup of water and mix well adjust consistency. 15. Refrigerate and serve chill.
