Hot And Fast Brisket on an Oklahoma Joe Drum Smoker. We had so much fun last week cooking ribs on the Oklahoma Joe Drum Smoker that we decided to throw a brisket on. If you're new to this channel know this, we take brisket very serious. A good brisket doesn't just happen and the smoker plays a big part of that. Of course, it didn't disappoint. We cooked a hot and fast brisket and got amazing results. There's nothing like a good brisket! Top it off with our Brisket Mop and you got a winner! And what is a brisket without those good burnt ends? Brisket Recipe Directions: 1. Trim your brisket. 2. Rub it with our Cow Cover Hot and SPG. 3. Put on smoker. 4. Pull off after 2 hours and wrap in foil. Make sure to add in the Brisket Mop (half a bottle) and Beef Consommé (2 cans). 5. Put it back on the smoker. 6. After it hits 210°F pull it off. 7. Let rest. 8. Split the point and the flat. 9.
