Here is a quick demo of a thoracic rotational row. This is a great exercise to implement more movement in the thoracic spine. Often times that section of the thoracic spine can become very stiff from sitting and desk positions. Keep the following tips in mind: 1. Continue to focus on the rowing motion- pinching and squeezing the shoulder blade 2. Add in the opposite arm in a reaching motion 3.
