Can I Reheat A Whole Pork Butt For Pulled Pork? - How To Reheat Smoked Pulled Pork | Reheating BBQ

I typically shred my smoked pork butts and reheat the pulled pork in a few different ways. I’ve never refrigerated a whole smoked/fully cooked pork butt, and reheated the entire thing at a later date. Figured I’d give it a shot and share the results. The verdict- very simple and effective and resulted in delicious pulled pork. I was surprised at the amount of natural juices that remained in the pork, and the smoke flavor was just as good. 1) I took the pork butt out of the fridge and set it on the counter for one hour. 2) placed the foil covered pork butt in a foil pan, and into the oven at 275° 3) it took about 3 hours in the oven to reach an internal temp of 145° 4) pulled from the oven and shredded immediately. #bbq #smokedmeat #porkshoulder #pulledpork #smokedpork #offsetsmoker #cooking #bbqlovers #cookingtips #explorepage
