Think Straight By Darius Foroux | Confusion को दूर करो, सीधा सोचना शुरू करो | Book Teller Think Straight Book One sentence to describe our paradigm in this book: We think we know ourselves, yet we do not. To make clear thinking into decisiveness, one needs training. Just like we train our bodies to gain muscle, so does our brain. The way of thinking is not like an education that ends when we graduate. He illustrated that when we train our bodies, we don’t just stop in 4 years (like we graduate from college or university) and do nothing for the rest of our lives. “So why don’t you exercise your mind the same way you do your body?” “THINK STRAIGHT” is the approach that Darius tried when he was overdramatic “problem” on his journey to London with his family. He thought, “what should I do?” covered by the worry, stress, and clueless thoughts that are useless. And sometimes we do, like Darius. When we try to think, we will find our mind as a tool and find the solution right away. As I am trying to understand and compensate for this, I feel that I usually do this. I am panicking about things that I can’t control, and sometimes I want to find the ideal solution right away, which makes me more stressed. And, as I discovered the hard way, I frequently use useless thoughts rather than effective ones (think straight and fast.) If you relate to this, perhaps it’s time for you to shift your mind too. @Thinkstraightbook
