On today episode on Hittin the Rollers we have the conclusion to the R&D of the C8 Stingray with some dyno pulls with numbers. the numbers on the C8 stock we baselined at 426whp/404rwtq, after the headers and axle back we were able to put down 450rwhp/432rwtq. Pretty good for not being able to get into the ECU for a tune. We also have Michael completing the Sebring Orange C7 Grand Sport with his handy camera work as well a running video. The C8 has the Lingenfelter by Corsa Extreme S axle back, and a set of Headers for the unit. We netted 16whp with out touching the ECM of the vehicle. On to this absolutely beautiful 2019 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport splashed in Sebring Orange paint. This unit came in for a N/A build, and the boys over at Davenport Motorsports delivered their promise. This GS got a plethora of goodies put into it. Starting the list was a set of Katech Gen 5 CNC Ported Heads, Katech Gen 5 AFM Delete Billet Valley Cover, Katech Billet VVT Delete Front Cover. We also installed a Brian Tooley Racing Stage 3 N/A Camshaft package, Katech C5-R Timing chain, Halltech Stinger R Intake mated to a MSD Atomic AirForce Intake Manifold. Help that push the air into the motor is a Katech 103mm Throttlebody. The goodies didn’t stop there, we installed a DSX Tuning Auxiliary Pump and E85 solenoid kit, a Katech Lightweight flywheel. The GS already had American Racing Headers, Borla Atak axle back when it arrived. Stay tuned to next weeks episode for the dyno of the GS and watch Ryan make some NA power on pump gas as well as E85.
