Now its around 8 years since then, still the matter is being investigated by CBI with no clue who killed UP police DySp Zia Ul haq. Then CM of UP Akhilesh Yadav instantly handed over the case to CBI and took resignation from Raja Bhaiya as minister when the DySP wife alleges him for the murder of her husband. However in 2014 Raja Bhaiya was given clean chit by CBI in the case.
