The first time, it will counter everything, even 'Steal'. Its counter will cause sleep so Sleep-proof/Ribbon would really help here. And when its overdrive gauge fills up, it can use only Aerospark. Also, watch out for its Thundaja, it a non-elemental thunder attack that deals big damage without high Magic.Def. In the 2nd battle, it's strategy will change. It can use Aerospark freely, it won't counter and its normal attack won't cause Sleep. But It can use Thor's Hammer when the Overdrive gauge fills up. It has 1.2 Million HP (1,200,000) so only 13 hits at max damage will do it. Auto-Haste, Ribbon, Quick Hit, Auto-Protect + Sleep-proof is handy in the battle. I recommend you have 255 Strength, Speed, Defense and 40,000+ HP.
