How to Make Shredded BBQ Beef in the Crockpot | Easy Loaded Baked Potatoes

Today I’m making an easy comfort food dinner using a chuck roast cooked low and slow in the crockpot, shredded and turned into BBQ beef. We’re using that tender BBQ beef to make loaded baked potatoes with butter, melty cheese, and all the toppings. This is a perfect cozy meal for busy days, game day, or when you just want something hearty and homemade. Ingredients: 3-4 lbs beef chuck roast 16 oz bottle of bbq sauce 2 tablespoons dijon mustard 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Cook on low for 7 hrs Baked potato: Russet potatoes~ scrub thoroughly & dry really well Add cooking oil and coat potatoes Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes to an hr or until a fork goes through easily Top with your favorite toppings Enjoy!😍 If you’re cooking with Trish, you know it’s delish 😉 Thanks for watching — bye!
