yes, I still use my nano -- in fact I sold my action 5 in favour of the nano because they're so similar. I've already made a few videos highlighting the nanos strengths and weaknesses, but with the new update, I find this to be one of my favourite "grab it just in case" cams for when filming is not the priority.
