93-94 Old School: Turbo Stasis vs The Deck

In this 93-94 video we pilot Turbo Stasis, a combination prison deck that seeks to use a soft lock to establish inevitability of victory through either damage off of Black Vise or Mill off of Howling Mine. This prison deck in many ways is redolent of Winter Orb style decks but less focused; what it loses in focus it gains in being able to play the power blue and in permission capabilities against opposing strategies, making it somewhat more flexible than it's generally mono brown cousin.
