Pokemon Go- Blizzard the Impossible Move to Dodge Debunked
I heard that Lapras's special move Blizzard was impossible to dodge but I recall doing it before so I made a video. Although it's very difficult I prove here that it is possible. The first clip shows taking full damage, the second clip shows dodged damage.
