Davis serial stabbing suspect used to live in Oakland

A serial stabbing suspect in Davis, who has been arrested, used to live in Oakland. 21-year-old Carlos Dominguez. Dominguez was enrolled at UC Davis up until last week, according to police. But he had previously attended Laney College in Oakland before transferring.
