Dramatic video shows Elk Grove officer pull man from fiery crash

An Elk Grove police officer is credited with pulling a man to safety after the car he was driving caught fire. Office Jarred Houston was responding to a crash around 1 a.m. on Feb. 11 on Waterman Road.
