Come on in y’all delicious comforting parmesan potato soup the whole family will love be sure to thumbs 👍 up the video and subscribe for the deliciousness 🥰 Ingredients 8 Russet potatoes diced you can use Yukon gold potatoes or red potatoes 4 cups chicken broth 2 celery stalks diced Half onion diced 3 garlic cloves minced 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbs cornstarch Parmesan cheese Directions Add all ingredients in slow cooker except heavy cream cornstarch and cheese season to your taste mix well cook on high 3-4 hours low 6-8 until potatoes are tender. Once potatoes are tender mix the heavy cream and cornstarch up remove all lumps add to slow cooker and mix well add cheese and mix turn slow cooker on high for 20-30 minutes till thickened.
