First Reading: Isaiah 35:1-10 Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 85:9AB AND 10, 11-12, 13-14 Gospel: Luke 5:17-26 We have different levels of comfort when something new, something different and challenging, something unusual confronts us; when changes in our life happen. Adverse change can be in the form of a debilitating sickness, death of a loved one, unemployment, bankruptcy. Or it can be something that can bring new possibilities and hope. We need to have an attitudinal change to create something good even in adverse change. This is the 972nd installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
