Whilst parts of the BCN (Birmingham Canal Navigations) can be industrial - and why not, it's why the canals were built in the first place! - you may be surprised that many miles are quite rural and green...in fact so green that the algae and weed gets caught around your prop! More boaters need to pass through so we can cruise and use these old canals.
