How to Check Actual Oil Pressure On a Ford 5.4 3V Engine

I'm showing you how to check the actual oil pressure of your Ford 5.4 3V engine. Your stock gauge is basically a dummy light and will normally show pressure even below safe level. Normal oil pressure at rpm-hot should be 40-60 psi @ 2000 rpm. The oil pressure gauge in this video was approx. $22.00. It works well for different makes and models and has been consistently accurate.
