Here is full recipe and process : For suji rawa roll: Suji rawa- 80gm Curd-80gm Water- 80ml Red chilli flakes- 2gm Kasturi methi-1gm Coriander leaves-5gm Salt- to taste Oil- 5ml For sambar: Tur dal- 50gm Black rai-1/2tsp Methi seed-1/2tsp Red chilli whole- 2no. Curry leaf-2gm Onion- 50gm Tomato-60gm White pumpkin-250gm Drumstick-1 small piece Red chilli powder- 2tsp Cumin coriander powder-1tsp Sambar masala powder-1tbsp Oil- 20ml Salt- to taste Coriander leaves-10gm Process to make roll 1. Grind suji rawa in thin powder 2. Add same amount curd and grind with rawa 3. Add same amount Water with batter 4. Add red chilli flakes, Kasturi methi and coriander leaves 5. Add salt and keep rest for 15 minutes 6. Take a steamer for steam this batter 7. Take plate and grease with oil 8. Place batter in a pan and steam for 3-4minutes 9. Remove it and cut it for roll. For sambar- 1. Take a pressure cooker Add oil 2. Add black rai and methi seed 3. Add curry leaves and red chilli whole 4. Add slice onion and cook for a minute 5. Add white pumpkin cubes , tomato and Drumstick 6. Add hing powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder and sambar masala powder 7.mix all together and add tur dal 8. Add 4 cup water and add salt 9. Cover it and cook till Dallas and vegetables get cooked 10. Open the cover and whisk it to make.thick consistency 11. Add chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
