Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner

Quick & Easy One Pan Dinner INGREDIENTS 5 TO 6 Pork Loin Chops 25 Mini Klondike Red Potatoes 1 12oz bag of frozen Brussel Sprout Halves 1 Small Red Onion SEASONINGS Salt & Black Pepper to taste – Sprinkle on Pork Chops before Searing 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder 1Teaspoon of Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons of Seasoning Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon Paprika 2 Tablespoons of Butter to Sear Pork Chops 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil to pour over Potatoes 3 Tablespoons of melted Butter to pour over Sheet Pan Dinner. DIRECTIONS Preheat oven at 350F degrees. Rinse Pork Chops and season with salt and pepper on each side, add two tablespoons of butter to skillet and Sear pork chops on each side for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown. Remove pork chops and set aside. Meanwhile slice potatoes in half, rinse, place in a microwave container and sprinkle two tablespoons of Olive Oil over potatoes tossing lightly, cover and microwave for 5 minutes. On the sheet pan add Pork chops, Potatoes, and Brussel Sprouts which have be thawed on the sheet pan. Mix onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, black pepper and paprika together in a small bowl, sprinkle seasoning over sheet pan dinner, add red onions and drizzle melted butter over the entire sheet pan dinner. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
