A Short Morning Prayer for Today - Lord, Guard My Heart from Fear and Worry

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of a brand new day. As the sun rises, I lift my heart to You in gratitude for Your mercy, Your grace, and the breath in my lungs. Thank You for watching over me through the night and giving me the strength to face today. Lord, I invite You to lead me in every step I take. Fill me with Your wisdom to make the right decisions and Your strength to handle whatever comes my way. Guard my heart from fear and worry, and replace it with peace and confidence in Your presence. Help me to walk in love, to speak with kindness, and to serve others with a joyful spirit. Let my words bring encouragement, and let my actions reflect Your goodness and grace. Remind me throughout this day that You are with me, that I am never alone, and that Your plans for me are good. Bless my family, my friends, and all those I encounter today. Cover us with Your protection, provide for our needs, and fill our homes with Your peace. Open the right doors and guide me away from anything not meant for me. I place this day in Your hands, trusting You to lead me, to strengthen me, and to use me for Your purpose. May everything I do bring glory to Your name.
