Welcome to your workout! Today, I have a 10 minute Weighted Ab Workout that will strengthen your abs and core! It is only 10 minutes, only 12 exercises, and can be used as both stand alone workout or as an add-on to your regular one. We will target both lower and upper abdominal as well as your obliques. It's quick and very easy to fit into your busy day. For your reference only, I am using my lighter 5 lb. (2.2 kG) weights, but please use what challenges you. The format of this workout is 40 seconds of work followed by 10 second rest. Your abs will be burning early on, guaranteed!
