Issues with Spectrum DVR_2 June 2019

SPECTRUM Ticket #: INC5000004233315 Buffering (i.e., live TV with the typical 1hr of previously "buffered" time...this may also be referred as the “Progress Display Bar”). Issue: live tv will freeze within some portion of the buffer and remain until DVR box is reset or glitch resolves itself. Thus, days later (without resetting box), ALL of that portion of the buffer as of the time of the glitch is still in the buffer, such that when you rewind a current program on that same respective channel it will immediately jump back to the buffered portion from days prior. This issue will also throw off the current live tv info (i.e., tv info is different from what is actually aired/viewed on the tv screen). This glitch also impacts our ability to record a pre-scheduled program on the affected channel...the scheduled recorded program will only deliver a portion of the content.
