PH disaster agency: Death toll in Mindanao quakes now at 21 | Headstart

The official death toll in the series of quakes that rocked southern Philippines now stands at 21. Majority of those deaths were caused by falling debris. This is why the country's disaster agency is calling on all residents affected by the quakes not to return to their homes prior assessment as tremors are expected to continue to rock the southern region.
