Peanut Butter & Jelly Bunt Cake | MOLCS Easy Recipes

Peanut Butter & Jelly Bundt Cake 1/2 C Butter - (1 stick - room temperature) 2 1/4 C Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 3/4 C Sugar 1 C Light Brown Sugar 3 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 1 1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter 1/2 C Buttermilk 1/2 C Milk 3/4 C Jelly (Grape, Strawberry or Black Raspberry) Glaze 1 C Powdered Sugar 1/4 C Peanut Butter 3 - 4 Tbsp Milk Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Set aside. In a large bowl beat butter until creamy. Add in the two sugars and beat until light & fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Add in peanut butter, vanilla & buttermilk. Beat until smooth. Gradually fold in the flour and milk alternately until everything is well blended. Grease a 10" Bundt Pan with cooking spray. Spoon in 1/2 the batter into the pan, spread the jelly evenly and top with remaining batter. Bake @ 350 for 50 - 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan on a wire rack. Let cool completely before applying the glaze. To make Glaze: in a small bowl mix powdered sugar, peanut butter & 3 Tbsp milk.
