Mama Sue makes LEMON CHESS PIE | Southern recipes | How to make old fashioned desserts

I had a message from a follower asking if I had a recipe for a chess pie. I started looking because I knew that I had made them years ago and loved them. I really forgot just how easy they are to make. There are several good recipes out there but I think the ingredient that makes it so good is the cornmeal. I know it seems strange to be putting cornmeal in a lemon pie but it's just delicious. I hope you try it and let me know what you think.
