This easy and quick low-carb recipe is a great option to replace bread for a snack or breakfast. It has no flour (gluten-free), is rich in fiber, high in protein, and uses just a few ingredients. It's a good choice for your low-carb diet, for weight loss and health, the ketogenic diet, and for your healthy eating plan, with fewer carbs. It has only 2g of net carbs per serving!
