Rasai curry is traditional Khandesh special curry. It is usually served with puranpoli. It contains mixture of spices, onion and coconut. Usually, it is prepared with puranpoli so, Chana daal used in this recipe is daal cooked while preparing puran. You may also use daal soaked and cooked for 3 whistles.
