Ingredients: Peanuts 1 cup Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Salt to taste Cloves 4 nos Chilli powder ½ tsp Method: 1. In a hot pan dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, peanuts separately let it cool down. 2. In a blender add roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds, peanuts, chilli powder, Garlic cloves, salt all these ingredients make it into a coarse powder. 3. Store the peanut powder in an airtight container. 4. Serve it along with ghee and hot rice or chapati.
