Cook Islands Prime Minister, Hon. Mark Brown, reveals the real cost of climte change for Small Island Development States. "If I compare what I spend in my country on climate mitigation and climate adaptation measures, it would be close to 5 to 6% of my own national GDP. So we spend far more than what the globe is being asked to provide on a per capita basis, on a ratio basis."
