Mango dessert Prepared for 6 persons, cooking time - 20mins Ingredients : 1. Full cream milk - 1ltr. 2. Basmati Rice - 100gm. 3. Sugar - 200gm. 4. Mango - 1big sized or 250gm puree. 5. Almond and cashew - 7pieces each. 6. Cardamom - 2-3 or powder Recipe : Step 1: Boil the milk. Step 2: Wash the basmati rice and strain, blend these without adding water to make rice granules not a paste. Step 3: Cut the almond and cashew and make a paste by blending along with little bit water. Step 4: Add the rice granules to boiled milk and stir for 5mins. When the rice are cooked and visible from the top then add cashew and almond paste and mix it well. Step 5: Take one big sized mango, cut into pieces and blend to make puree then add the same with rice and milk and again stir for 2-3mins. Step 6: Add cardamom powder and sugar and stir untill it dissolves then keep this phirni to cool down. Step 7: Keep it in refrigerator and take it out after 1 hour and serve after garnishing by some extra dry fruits on top.
