Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing - Grand Prix: Chao Cup

In Grand Prix, the player competes against seven opponents in a set of four races. At the end of each race, racers earn points based on their finishing position. After the final race, the racers with the most points will receive a trophy during a ceremony taking place at Ocean Ruin. There are six cups in total, though only the Chao Cup is initially available on each difficulty. Corresponding cups are unlocked by placing 3rd or better overall in the previous cup. Depending on the character the player selects, different computer opponents will be chosen for the Grand Prix mode. The standard opponents are: Tails, Amy, Dr. Eggman, Shadow, AiAi, and Amigo. These characters always appear in the races as opponents unless the player chooses them, in that case the chosen character gets replaced with Sonic and/or Big. Some of the character pairings appear on secret achievements and missions, like Big the Cat and the ChuChus, Beat and B.D. Joe, Zobio & Zobiko and the Bonanza Bros., and Jacky Bryant & Akira Yuki and Ryo Hazuki. Excluding console exclusive and DLC characters, Knuckles, Billy Hatcher, and Opa-Opa never appear as an opponent during the Grand Prixs. #sonicthehedgehog #sonicandsegaallstarsracing
