DRIVING WITH THE HANDBRAKE ON.. What’s holding you back?

Had a revaluation this morning that we don’t bloody help ourselves as humans.. then we play the victim! For instance, during this lockdown period I’m eating too much chocolate and I’m seeing some negative results for it.. I’m working out 5 times per week so I’m travelling in the right direction with this but I’m almost driving with the handbrake on! My progress is being slowed by not addressing the thing holding me back! My journey this far could have been so much more comfortable and quicker if I addressed the restriction! What’s your handbrake? What would life look like if you took off that handbrake??? ZOOOOOM!
